Hey, we get it—sometimes things don’t work out.
Here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:
Custom Orders
We handcraft every custom piece just for you—which means we can’t take it back if you change your mind. HOWEVER, if we make a mistake or your item shows up looking like it had a bad day in shipping, we’ll absolutely make it right. Our bad = our cost. We’ll cover all return shipping and get you a replacement ASAP.
Non-Custom Items
Not custom? Not a problem. If you’re not in love with your order, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a refund—no questions asked (okay, maybe just a little bit of pouting). Your change of heart = your cost. Return shipping is on you.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they’re defective or damaged. If that’s the case, let us know and we’ll swap it out faster than you can say “splinter.”
